Based on a true story, Taufiq: The Man Who Defied the Storm follows the coming-of-age journey of Taufiq Kiemas, a young man from Palembang inspired by President Soekarno’s ideals. From political activism within GMNI to imprisonment during the New Order era, he navigates love, friendship, and the meaning of nationalism—eventually meeting and falling in love with Megawati Soekarno putri as he matures into a statesman.

Death Knot follows a brother and sister who return to their rural hometown for their estranged mother’s funeral after she mysteriously hanged herself. Their arrival coincides with a disturbing wave of suicides among villagers, and superstitious locals suspect the siblings’ mother practiced powerful black magic. As threats mount, the siblings must uncover the dark truth behind the deaths before their own lives become part of the sinister knot.
